The service is operated by:

Northbase Digital OÜ is not currently registered for VAT.

1. BoBook service plans

BoBook may offer the following travel-planning service plans:

  • Essential — €0
  • Personal — €12
  • Premium — €29

The features included in each plan are described on the BoBook website at the time the Travel Planning Request is submitted.

The Personal and Premium prices are fees for the BoBook travel-planning service. They do not include the cost of third-party travel services such as accommodation, flights, transport, activities, restaurants or other services offered by external providers unless expressly stated otherwise.

2. Payment provider

Paid BoBook services are currently paid through Revolut Hosted Checkout.

Payment-card information is entered directly into the secure payment environment provided by Revolut or its payment-processing partners.

BoBook does not ask customers to send payment-card details by email or through the BoBook Travel Planning Request form and does not store full payment-card details on its own website.

The use of Revolut’s payment service may also be subject to Revolut’s own applicable terms and privacy information.

3. When payment is considered successful

A payment is considered successful only after BoBook receives reliable server-side confirmation that the relevant payment has been completed.

A browser redirect back to bobook.eu, a payment screen displayed in the browser, or a customer-provided screenshot is not by itself proof that payment has been completed.

If a payment is interrupted, declined or not completed, the Travel Planning Request may remain stored so that the customer can retry payment.

BoBook will not intentionally create multiple charges for the same payment attempt. If you believe that you have been charged more than once, contact info@bobook.eu.

4. Start of the paid service

Personal and Premium are personalised travel-planning services.

Because customers will normally want BoBook to begin preparing their travel research, Travel Plan or itinerary without waiting 14 days, BoBook may ask the customer for an express request to begin performance before the expiry of the statutory withdrawal period.

Where this option is used, it must be actively selected by the customer and must not be pre-selected.

The checkout wording may state:

I request that BoBook begins providing the service immediately, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period. I understand that once the service has been fully performed, I will lose my statutory right of withdrawal.

This consent is separate from general acceptance of the Terms of Use.

5. 14-day right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer and purchase a BoBook service online, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from the service contract within 14 days from the date the contract is concluded, without giving a reason, subject to the applicable exceptions and rules for services whose performance has already begun.

Nothing in this Policy limits any mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

6. Withdrawal before BoBook starts the service

If you validly withdraw within the statutory withdrawal period and BoBook has not yet begun providing the paid service, BoBook will refund the amount paid for that service.

The refund will be made without undue delay and, where legally required, no later than 14 days after BoBook is informed of the valid withdrawal.

Unless another method is agreed, the refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original payment where technically possible.

7. Withdrawal after performance has started

If you expressly requested that BoBook begin providing the service during the 14-day withdrawal period and you withdraw before the service has been fully performed, applicable consumer law may require you to pay an amount proportionate to the part of the service already provided up to the time of withdrawal.

Any such amount must reflect the service actually performed and the applicable legal requirements.

BoBook will not use this provision to charge for work that has not been performed.

8. Fully performed service

Where:

  1. you expressly requested that BoBook begin providing the paid service before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period;
  2. you acknowledged that you would lose your right of withdrawal once BoBook had fully performed the service; and
  3. the service has then been fully performed,

the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply in accordance with applicable consumer law.

For BoBook, full performance generally means that the paid travel-planning service purchased by the customer has been completed and the agreed deliverable has been made available to the customer.

This does not affect your rights if the service supplied is defective, materially different from what was agreed, or otherwise does not conform to applicable consumer law.

9. What is not a withdrawal issue

The following are not automatically grounds for a full refund after BoBook has correctly provided the agreed planning service:

  • a third-party hotel, airline, activity or other provider later changes its price;
  • an external offer becomes unavailable;
  • a third-party provider changes its terms;
  • the customer decides not to take the planned trip;
  • the customer changes destination or travel dates after substantial work has already been completed;
  • a recommendation is no longer suitable because information supplied by the customer was incomplete or incorrect.

BoBook will nevertheless assess reasonable requests individually and mandatory consumer rights always remain unaffected.

10. Third-party travel purchases

Payments made directly to hotels, airlines, booking platforms, activity providers or other external suppliers are not payments to BoBook.

Refunds, cancellations and disputes relating to those transactions are governed by the terms of the relevant third-party provider.

BoBook cannot issue a refund for money that was paid directly to an independent third-party provider.

11. BoBook cancellation

If BoBook is unable to provide a paid service that has been purchased and no suitable alternative can be agreed, the customer will be entitled to an appropriate refund for the unprovided part of the BoBook service.

If BoBook cancels the service before any work has begun, the BoBook service fee will be refunded in full.

12. Incorrect or duplicate payment

If you believe that you were charged more than once, were charged an incorrect amount, a payment succeeded but your BoBook request still shows payment as pending, or another payment error occurred, contact info@bobook.eu and include enough information for us to identify the Travel Planning Request or payment.

Do not send full card details, CVV codes or online banking credentials.

13. Refund processing

Approved refunds are returned through the available payment method or payment-provider process.

Although BoBook will process an approved refund without undue delay, the time required for the amount to appear in your account may also depend on the payment provider, bank or card issuer.

14. How to exercise the right of withdrawal

To exercise a statutory right of withdrawal, send a clear statement to:

info@bobook.eu

or by post to:

Northbase Digital OÜ
Järvevana tee 9
11314 Tallinn
Estonia

Your notice should clearly state that you wish to withdraw from the relevant contract.

To help us identify the service, you may include your name, the email address used for the request, Travel Planning Request reference, service plan and date of purchase.

You do not need to provide a reason for exercising a statutory right of withdrawal.

15. Complaints about the service

Withdrawal from a contract is different from a complaint that a service was not provided correctly.

If you believe that the BoBook service is defective, incomplete or materially different from the agreed service description, contact info@bobook.eu.

We will review the issue and apply the remedies required by applicable consumer law.
