Depending on your selected plan, your Travel Plan may include transport, accommodation, car rental, activities, sightseeing, restaurants and other useful travel information.

BoBook helps you research and plan your trip — you remain in control of your bookings and payments.

Start by submitting a travel planning request and choosing the plan that best suits your trip.

Once your request is accepted and any applicable planning fee has been completed, your Travel Plan becomes available in your BoBook Account. We then research and add suitable travel options for you.

You can review the available options, make your selections and create your itinerary according to the limits included in your plan.

Your request gives us the information needed to understand your trip, including your destination, dates, travellers and preferences.

Once your Travel Plan is prepared, you can access the researched options and relevant travel information from your BoBook Account.

Yes. Your BoBook Account is the main place where you access your Travel Plans and itineraries.

It also keeps your trip information, available plans and generated itineraries together in one place.

BoBook currently offers three travel planning plans:

Essential — €0
For simple travel research and planning.

Personal — €12
For more detailed research and more itinerary flexibility.

Premium — €29
For more comprehensive planning, additional Travel Plans and the highest level of included support and research.

The fee covers the BoBook travel planning service and the features included in your selected plan.

It does not include the cost of flights, accommodation, transport, activities, restaurants or any other services provided by third parties.

– Personal: 1 Travel Plan and 3 itinerary generations
– Premium: 3 Travel Plans and 3 itinerary generations per Travel Plan

You can review the options and select the ones you prefer before creating your itinerary.

Yes. Where available, BoBook provides direct links to the relevant travel provider or booking service.

You use these links to review the latest availability, conditions and final price before making a booking.

Direct booking links are part of the current BoBook plan structure.

Where available, we include prices found during our research.

Travel prices and availability can change at any time. The final price, availability and booking conditions are always those shown by the travel provider when you make your booking.

Yes. Depending on your selected plan and the type of service, we may research and present multiple suitable options so that you can compare them before making your selection.

Yes, where this is supported by your selected plan and trip requirements.

For more complex trips, the Premium plan is generally the most suitable option.

Your Travel Plan contains the research and options for your trip.

Your itinerary turns your selected options and trip information into a structured day-by-day travel plan.

The itinerary is the final trip document that you can access from your BoBook Account and share when needed.

Once your Travel Plan is ready, review the available options and make your selections.

You can then choose Create My Itinerary. BoBook prepares the itinerary from your Travel Plan, selections and travel preferences.

Depending on your plan, you may have more than one itinerary generation available.

Yes, provided that you still have itinerary generations available under your selected plan.

This allows you to try a different combination or travel style without creating a completely new trip.

Yes. Published itineraries can be shared using the available sharing options.

Your Travel Plan itself remains primarily connected to your BoBook Account.

BoBook researches travel options and provides information and links that help you make your own booking decisions.

You book directly with the relevant airline, accommodation provider, transport company, activity provider or booking platform.

You pay the travel provider directly.

BoBook does not collect the price of your flight, accommodation, rental car, activity or other third-party travel service as part of the BoBook planning fee.

When you book through a third-party provider, the booking or service contract is between you and that provider.

The provider’s own prices, cancellation rules, payment terms and other booking conditions apply.

Prices and availability can change after we complete our research. Always check the current price, availability and booking conditions on the provider’s website before completing a booking.

If an option is no longer available, check the alternatives already included in your Travel Plan. Depending on your plan and the stage of your trip, you may also contact BoBook for assistance with the planning information.

You are paying for the travel planning service, not for the travel services themselves.

The BoBook fee covers the research, Travel Plan, itinerary features and support included in your selected plan.

Yes. Essential currently costs €0 and includes the features and limits shown on the Plans & Pricing page.

All actual travel costs are separate from the BoBook planning fee and are paid directly to the relevant providers.
