These Terms and Conditions set out the basis on which BoBook provides travel booking assistance and related coordination services. By using our website, requesting a proposal, or proceeding with payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
1. Scope of Services
BoBook provides advisory, research, booking assistance, and coordination services. BoBook does not act as an airline, hotel, transport operator, or travel carrier. Any travel product is supplied by the relevant third-party provider under its own conditions.
2. Booking Structure
Depending on the booking and provider availability, BoBook may offer one of the following payment structures:
- Direct payment to provider: the client pays the airline or provider directly, and pays BoBook’s service fee separately.
- Full payment to BoBook: the client pays the full amount to BoBook, and BoBook arranges provider payment on the client’s behalf.
The applicable structure will always be confirmed before payment is requested.
3. Client Responsibility
The client is responsible for ensuring that all names, travel dates, contact details, passport details, and payment information are correct before confirming the booking. BoBook is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the client.
4. Payments
Where secure payment links are used, payments may be processed through third-party payment providers. Payment instructions will state clearly whether the amount is payable to BoBook or directly to the relevant provider.
5. Refunds and Changes
Before any payment has been made to the provider and before any ticket or service has been issued, BoBook may, at its discretion, process a refund of the relevant amount, subject to any applicable processing limitations.
Once the provider has been paid or the ticket or service has been issued, all cancellations, amendments, refunds, and service changes are governed exclusively by the provider’s fare rules, cancellation policy, and approval process.
BoBook service fee refunds, where applicable, are subject to BoBook’s own internal policy and may include an administrative charge.
6. Provider Conditions
All flight tickets and travel services are subject to the relevant provider’s availability, fare conditions, and contractual terms. BoBook does not control provider pricing, inventory, schedule changes, operational disruptions, or refund outcomes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, BoBook shall not be liable for losses, costs, or claims arising from provider actions or omissions, including fare changes, cancellations, delays, disruptions, or refusal of refund.
BoBook’s liability, where applicable, is limited to the amount of the BoBook service fee paid for the specific booking, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
8. Data Protection
Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
9. Updates to These Terms
BoBook may update these Terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on this page and will show the latest revision date.
