How Payments Work

BoBook offers a structured and secure payment process designed to keep your booking clear, transparent, and efficient. Depending on the selected service and provider availability, payment may be completed directly with the provider or through BoBook as a single consolidated payment.

Option 1: Direct Payment to the Airline or Provider

Where supported, BoBook may prepare the booking in your name and provide the instructions required to complete payment directly with the airline or other provider.

The provider amount is paid directly to the carrier.
BoBook’s service fee is paid separately.
This option is only available when the provider supports the required payment flow.

Please note: once provider payment has been completed or the ticket has been issued, all refunds, changes, and cancellations are subject to the provider’s own terms and approval.

Option 2: Full Payment to BoBook

In selected cases, you may choose to pay the total amount to BoBook. We then arrange payment to the provider on your behalf and manage the booking coordination from start to finish.

You make one secure payment to BoBook.
We handle the provider payment and booking administration.
Refunds before provider payment are handled under our refund policy.

General Rule

Before provider payment: BoBook may refund the full amount.
After provider payment: Refunds depend on the provider’s fare rules.

Airline Tickets

Before ticket issuance: BoBook can refund 100% of BoBook service fee. No administrative fee.
After ticket issuance: All refunds, changes, and cancellations are subject to the airline’s fare rules and approval. BoBook cannot guarantee airline refund.
Non-refundable fares: May receive no refund or partial refund depending on airline policy.

BoBook Service Fee Refunds

BoBook service fee refunds are subject to BoBook’s discretion:

Before booking confirmation: 100% refund
After booking confirmation: Case by case, may include administrative fee

How to Request a Refund

Include: booking reference, reason for refund, passenger names
BoBook checks provider payment status
If approved, refund processed within 48 hours

Important Notes

Some airline tickets are non-refundable by the carrier’s policy.
BoBook cannot override airline fare rules.
Administrative fee may apply for service fee refunds after booking.
Refund timeline depends on payment provider processing times.
