Last updated: 12 October 2026
These Terms of Use govern the use of the BoBook website, customer account, Travel Planning Request service, Travel Plans, itineraries and related services provided through bobook.eu.
The service is operated by:
Northbase Digital OÜ

Estonia
Registry code: 17514950
Email: info@bobook.eu
Northbase Digital OÜ is not currently registered for VAT.
By submitting a Travel Planning Request, purchasing a paid BoBook service, creating an account or otherwise using the BoBook service, you agree to these Terms.
1. What BoBook provides
BoBook is a travel-planning and travel-information service.
Depending on the selected service, BoBook may provide destination and travel research, accommodation suggestions, transport suggestions, flight information or suggestions, activities and sightseeing suggestions, dining recommendations, links to third-party providers, Travel Plans, personalised itineraries and other travel-related information and recommendations.
BoBook helps customers research, organise and plan travel. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, BoBook does not act as the provider of accommodation, transport, flights, activities or other third-party travel services.
2. Third-party travel services
Where BoBook presents a hotel, airline, transport provider, activity provider, restaurant, booking platform or another third party, that third party remains responsible for its own service.
When you proceed to a third-party website and make a reservation or purchase, the contract for that service is generally concluded directly between you and the relevant third-party provider.
The provider’s own terms and conditions, cancellation rules, refund rules, payment conditions, baggage rules, check-in requirements, availability rules and other contractual conditions apply to that transaction.
BoBook does not control those third-party terms.
3. BoBook does not currently sell package travel
The current BoBook service is designed as an independent travel-planning service.
BoBook does not sell a combination of third-party travel services as one single package under one contract. Where links to third-party providers are presented, the customer normally chooses and contracts with those providers directly.
Nothing on the website should be interpreted as creating a package travel contract with BoBook unless BoBook expressly states otherwise in writing for a specific service.
4. Travel Planning Requests
A user may submit a Travel Planning Request without first creating a BoBook account.
The information supplied in the request is used to prepare or manage the requested BoBook service.
You are responsible for providing information that is reasonably accurate and complete, including where relevant destination, dates, number of travellers, preferences, budget, travel style, accommodation preferences, transport preferences and other requested details.
Incomplete or inaccurate information may affect the relevance of the resulting Travel Plan or itinerary.
5. BoBook service plans
BoBook may offer several service levels, including:
- Essential — €0
- Personal — €12
- Premium — €29
The exact features included in each plan are those displayed on the BoBook website at the time the request is submitted.
Prices shown to consumers are the final price payable to BoBook for the relevant BoBook service unless stated otherwise.
Third-party travel costs such as accommodation, flights, activities, transport and restaurant expenses are separate from the BoBook service fee unless expressly stated.
6. Paid services and payment
Paid BoBook services may be paid through a third-party payment provider, currently Revolut.
BoBook does not require customers to provide payment-card data directly to BoBook. Card details are entered into the payment provider’s hosted payment environment and are processed according to that provider’s terms and privacy practices.
A BoBook service is considered paid only after BoBook receives reliable server-side confirmation of successful payment.
A browser redirect or return to the BoBook website alone does not constitute payment confirmation.
If payment is unsuccessful or interrupted, the Travel Planning Request may remain stored so that payment can be retried.
7. Start of service and right of withdrawal
Consumers purchasing services online may generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal under applicable EU and Estonian consumer law.
If you ask BoBook to begin providing a paid service before the end of the withdrawal period, BoBook may request your express consent to begin performance during that period.
If the service has already been partially performed before a valid withdrawal, and the legal requirements for starting the service during the withdrawal period were met, the consumer may be required to pay for the proportion of the service already supplied.
Where the service has been fully performed after the customer’s prior express request to begin performance and acknowledgement that the right of withdrawal will be lost after full performance, the statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights.
8. Travel Plans
A Travel Plan is a structured collection of travel research, suggestions, selections and related information prepared through BoBook.
Travel Plans may contain third-party offers, estimated prices, accommodation information, transport information, activities, dining suggestions, practical notes, selected Research Items and links to external services.
A Travel Plan is not a guarantee that a third-party offer will remain available at the same price.
9. Prices and availability of third-party services
Travel prices and availability can change quickly.
Prices displayed in Research Items or Travel Plans may be current at the time of research, estimates, indicative, or based on information supplied by an external provider.
Before making a booking or payment, you should always verify the final price, currency, taxes, fees, availability, cancellation conditions and other terms on the third-party provider’s website.
Where BoBook calculates an estimated trip total, the total is based on the information and selected items available in the Travel Plan and should not be interpreted as a guaranteed final cost of the trip.
10. Itineraries
A BoBook itinerary is a separate travel-planning document based on information available for the relevant Travel Plan.
An itinerary may include day-by-day suggestions, schedules, activities, routes, restaurants, transport ideas, practical information and alternative suggestions.
Itineraries are recommendations, not guarantees that every activity, venue, transport service or business will operate exactly as described.
Customers remain responsible for checking time-sensitive information before travel.
11. Artificial intelligence
BoBook may use artificial-intelligence tools as part of the research or itinerary-preparation process.
AI-generated information may be reviewed, structured or supplemented by BoBook, but AI output may occasionally contain inaccuracies, outdated information or assumptions.
Customers should independently verify important travel information, particularly visa and entry requirements, health requirements, safety information, opening hours, transport schedules, ticket availability, legal requirements and time-sensitive prices.
12. Customer account
Some BoBook content may require a customer account.
You are responsible for providing correct account information, protecting your password, maintaining control of your email account and notifying BoBook of suspected unauthorised access.
You must not attempt to access another customer’s Travel Plan, itinerary or account.
BoBook may restrict or suspend access where necessary to protect customer data, prevent abuse or comply with legal obligations.
13. Shared itinerary links
BoBook may allow customers to share a read-only itinerary through a secure link.
Anyone who receives a valid share link may be able to view the content made available through that link. Customers should therefore share such links only with intended recipients.
Shared access does not permit modification of the underlying Travel Plan or itinerary.
BoBook may expire or revoke shared access where necessary.
14. Affiliate and partner links
Some links on BoBook may be affiliate or partner links.
If a user follows such a link and makes a purchase, BoBook may receive a commission or other compensation from the provider or affiliate network.
This does not convert BoBook into the supplier of the third-party travel service.
Further information is provided in the Affiliate Disclosure available on the website.
15. Accuracy of information
BoBook aims to provide useful and reasonably accurate travel information. However, travel information can change without notice.
BoBook cannot guarantee the continued accuracy or availability of information provided by third parties, including prices, schedules, hotel information, ratings, opening hours, routes, regulations or availability.
Users should confirm critical details directly with the relevant provider or official authority.
16. Travel documents, visas, health and safety
Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have all required passports, identity documents, visas, permits, insurance, vaccinations, health documentation and other travel requirements.
BoBook information on such matters is informational only unless expressly stated otherwise.
Official government or competent authority sources should be consulted before travel.
17. Third-party websites
BoBook may contain links to websites operated by other companies.
BoBook is not responsible for the content, availability, security, privacy practices or contractual terms of those websites.
Use of third-party websites is at the customer’s own discretion and subject to the third party’s conditions.
18. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the BoBook website, branding, design, original written content, Travel Plan presentation and other original materials are owned by or licensed to Northbase Digital OÜ.
Customers may use their personal Travel Plans and itineraries for private travel purposes.
They may not commercially reproduce, resell or redistribute BoBook materials without permission.
Third-party photographs, trademarks, provider content and other third-party materials remain the property of their respective owners.
19. Acceptable use
You must not use BoBook to access another user’s private information, interfere with the website or service, submit malicious content, attempt to bypass technical or security restrictions, misuse shared links, systematically extract protected content, or use the service unlawfully.
20. Availability of the service
BoBook may occasionally be unavailable due to maintenance, technical problems, third-party service outages, security events or circumstances outside BoBook’s reasonable control.
BoBook does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the website.
21. Liability
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by applicable law.
Subject to mandatory consumer rights, BoBook is responsible for providing the BoBook planning service in accordance with the agreed service description.
BoBook is not responsible for the performance of independent third-party travel providers with whom the customer contracts directly.
BoBook is also not responsible for losses caused solely by changes made by third parties after the relevant information was obtained, such as changed schedules, prices, availability or opening hours, except where applicable law provides otherwise.
22. Complaints
If you believe that a BoBook service does not comply with the agreement, please contact info@bobook.eu.
Please include sufficient information to identify the relevant request or service.
We will first attempt to resolve complaints directly with the customer.
23. Consumer dispute resolution
If a consumer and Northbase Digital OÜ cannot resolve a dispute directly, the consumer may have the right to use an applicable consumer alternative dispute-resolution body.
In Estonia, consumer disputes may be considered by the Consumer Disputes Committee, subject to its competence and applicable conditions. Cross-border EU consumers may also seek assistance through the relevant European Consumer Centre network.
24. Changes to these Terms
BoBook may update these Terms when necessary, including because of service changes, legal requirements, payment changes or changes to BoBook functionality.
The current version will be published on bobook.eu with an updated revision date.
Changes do not reduce mandatory consumer rights arising from contracts already concluded.
25. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia, without depriving consumers residing in another country of mandatory protections that apply to them under applicable consumer law.
