Terms of Service
1. About the Service
BoBook provides online virtual assistant, travel support, itinerary assistance, reservation coordination, administrative support, and related concierge-style services. BoBook acts as an independent service provider unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
2. Scope of Services
Services may include travel research, itinerary preparation, comparison of offers, communication with hotels and other suppliers, reservation support, booking coordination, and related administrative assistance. BoBook does not guarantee the availability, pricing, or final acceptance of any booking by a third-party supplier.
3. Client Instructions
The Client is responsible for providing accurate, complete, and timely information required for the requested service, including names, travel dates, destinations, identification details where necessary, and any booking preferences. BoBook is not liable for errors, delays, or losses resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the Client.
4. Third-Party Suppliers
Flights, hotels, transport, activities, insurance, and other travel services are provided by independent third-party suppliers. All such services remain subject to the terms, prices, availability, cancellation rules, refund rules, and other conditions of the relevant supplier. BoBook is not responsible for supplier errors, schedule changes, overbookings, cancellations, delays, service failures, or changes in price or availability.
5. Service Fees
BoBook may charge separate fees for research, planning, booking support, administrative work, communication with suppliers, and other agreed services. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, BoBook’s fees are separate from supplier charges and become payable once the agreed work begins or as otherwise stated in the invoice or proposal.
6. Payment for Supplier Bookings
Clients may either pay travel suppliers directly or authorize BoBook to arrange payment on their behalf for a specific transaction. Any authorization must be limited to the agreed supplier, purpose, and amount or maximum amount. BoBook may refuse to process any payment request that appears unclear, incomplete, suspicious, or insecure.
7. Card Data and Secure Payment Handling
Clients must not send full payment card details through ordinary email, messaging apps, or unsecured attachments. Where payment authorization is necessary, Clients must use a secure method approved by BoBook or pay the relevant supplier directly. BoBook does not intentionally store full card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive authentication data in ordinary business systems, local files, or inboxes.
8. Insecure Payment Data Submission
If a Client sends payment card data through an insecure channel, BoBook may request resubmission through a safer method and may delete the insecure communication where reasonably possible. BoBook is under no obligation to process payment details received through insecure channels.
9. Booking Confirmation
A booking is considered confirmed only when the relevant supplier has accepted the booking and, where required, payment has been successfully processed. BoBook is not responsible for assumptions made by the Client before receiving final written booking confirmation.
10. Changes and Cancellations
Changes and cancellations may be subject to supplier rules, availability, and additional charges. BoBook may charge additional service fees for change requests, urgent modifications, or cancellation handling. Supplier-imposed cancellation charges or non-refundable amounts remain the Client’s responsibility.
11. Refunds
Refunds for travel bookings, accommodation, transport, or other third-party services are governed by the supplier’s terms. BoBook’s own service fees are generally non-refundable once work has started, unless otherwise agreed in writing or required by applicable law.
12. Client Responsibility
The Client must review all confirmations, names, dates, destinations, and booking details immediately upon receipt. The Client is also responsible for passports, visas, entry requirements, health requirements, travel insurance decisions, and compliance with the laws and rules applicable to the destination and service booked.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoBook shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special losses, including loss of enjoyment, missed transport, missed connections, lost business opportunities, or losses caused by third-party suppliers. BoBook’s direct liability for its own service shall in any event be limited to the amount of the service fee paid to BoBook for the relevant service.
14. Refusal of Service
BoBook reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service where a request appears unlawful, abusive, fraudulent, unsafe, impossible to perform reasonably, or inconsistent with these terms.
15. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the law stated in BoBook’s legal notice or company details, unless mandatory consumer protection law requires otherwise.
